About This Home

We are excited to announce our fourteenth charity home project: Summit Homes for Little Heroes, benefitting Childrens Mercy. We had the privilege of building a Home for Little Heroes to benefit Childrens Mercy in 2019, and we cant wait to support this incredible organization again. The Summit Home for Little Heroes will be a spacious two-story home with a transitional design aesthetic. The Basswood features a large primary suite, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a learning lounge/loft space on the upper level. The home will be completed by the start of the Fall Parade of Homes and will be listed for sale.Through donations and partnerships, we will build the home as close to zero cost as possible, allowing all proceeds to be donated to Childrens Mercy. The funds raised will go towards the Childrens Mercy Illuminate initiative. Childrens Mercy is taking action to combat the youth mental health crisis in our community. Illuminate is an ambitious, five-year plan lighting the path forward for area youth by increasing access to evidence-based treatment with a specific focus on equity for our most vulnerable populations.
