The Tatum plan is one of our newest floor plans and the name was chosen by gaining the most votes on a poll we featured on our social media page. This plan includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, featuring 12 foot ceilings in the entry and great room which creates an open and airy feel. There is a second bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor. The basement features a large rec. room, 2 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom.
